can't get it out of demo mode more problems then its worth

Why am i in demo mode and even a better question is why cant i get out of demo mode i paid for 2 of these products and j have had problems with your products from the time they were purchase why is that i be waiting breathlessly for an answer.
larry griffin user name { who knows they never work) password(who knows your always giving me a knew one which never works) very frustrating to say the least. here is a way to definitly get back with me i update you on my contact info but you always use my old contact info stop that please my new email is: [email protected] my user name for line6 is lardog10 they are the only ones that seem to have a good filing system riff works and sonoma dont like i said i ll be waiting with baited breath
